Back on track


Sometimes, life seems complicated, and things that normally don't bother me suddenly do.

Here's the simplest way I know to get back on track:

  1. Change nothing.  I keep on doing what I'm doing.
  2. A few times during my day I check-in on how I'm feeling.
  3. Back to #1.
Usually, the simple act of checking-in is enough to put me back on course.
